This is a rad 2g (6mm) initial titanium PA I did today on a really cool camper. His anatomy was perfectly suited to a higher gauge piercing like this and took it like an absolute champ.
He plans to stretch it more in the future, so watch out!

These venom piercings are a good year old by now, we just changed them over to anoidzed gold posts (with 5mm discs on the bottom).
